About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute manual QA testing on live and staging environments using a testing procedure and script throughout the development lifecycle

Maintain, improve and contribute to the manual and automated QA testing procedures, scripts and tests

Enforce, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards and customer expectations and demands

Investigate reports of product quality issues

Perform routine hotel partner production testing

Track, document and report QA procedures and quality measurements via internal tools

Provide technical support to our hotel customers for configuring and implementing our product as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a software quality assurance engineer

Working with playwright automation will be preferred

Deep knowledge of quality assurance strategy, methods, and tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in best practices for testing and defect management

Understanding of agile/scrum methodology, software development and startups, especially how QA functions within it

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in relevant field

Salary

BDT 60,000 - 80,000 (Based on skill & experience)
